Kanye opens up on mental health and Trump on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’

Kanye West, musical icon, visionary, and outspoken celebrity decided to share his truly creative mind on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’

He discusses his views on Donald Trump, our current political society, and mental health:

“Just as a musician, African-American, everyone around me tried to pick my candidate for me and then told me that I couldn’t say that I like Trump,” said Kanye.

Shortly after Kanye’s statement, Kimmel brought Trump’s immigration policy to the surface and highlighted the aspect of children being separated from their parents.

“There are families being torn apart at the border of this country. There are literally families being torn apart as a result of what this president is doing. We cannot forget that. Whether we like his personality or not, his actions are really what matters,” Kanye added.

Yeezy’s strong, unexpected stance shocked Kimmel into a commercial break.

Also mentioned, Kanye mentioned he “lost his confidence” after his 2016 hospitalization.

“I wasn’t full Ye…I don’t know if I’m full Ye now.”
